Kōbu (鼓舞) means to inspire, encourage, and motivate. That's the spirit behind everything we do. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms below. We've written them plainly — the way we'd want to read them ourselves.

1. Who we are

Kobu Kombucha operates enjoykobu.com. Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Kobu Kombucha. Shopify is not responsible for any products or transactions on our site.

2. Your account

You must be of legal age in your region to use our site. Keep your account credentials secure — you're responsible for any activity on your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Our products

We do our best to show accurate product images and descriptions, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen. We may update or discontinue products at any time. Products are sold for personal use only — not for commercial resale.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — we confirm acceptance once we process your payment. Please review your order before submitting, as cancellations after acceptance may not be possible. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted, and may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is what you'll be charged.

5. Shipping

We ship within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri) with free average 7–12 day delivery on qualifying orders. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order leaves our hands, risk of loss passes to you. We're not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Your feedback

We love hearing from our community. Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you share with us may be used to improve and promote our products. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use it for those purposes.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, copy, and images — belongs to Kobu Kombucha. Please don't reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. What we're not responsible for

Our site is provided "as is." We're a small startup doing our best, but we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our site or products. Some jurisdictions may limit these disclaimers — in that case, the law in your region applies.

11. Acceptable use
