Kobu Kombucha — Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the customer's responsibility. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days and may vary due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@enjoykobu.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect Address Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at support@enjoykobu.com if you need to make a correction.
